  Great bike at a good price. If you're looking for a good looking, affordable yet well built bicycle you should consider Chappelli. I have had many compliments on the bike and at least one friend has bought one after riding mine.

  Exceptional customer service, very knowledgable and super helpful answering all my questions. Went to great effort to make sure the product I wanted came in on time for a birthday (Epic Brooks Cambium Saddle in Black!) and I couldn't be happier with the result. Really awesome bikes too.   Very happy with Chapelli's bikes and services. Very rare to find bikes that are stylish, good quality and also affordable. Like to see more Chapelli's bikes on the streets.

  Wanting something for casual riding and had been considering some of the cheaper options (e.g. those along Parra Road with a not so great reputation), I was sold very quickly once going to the store. Staff are highly knowledgeable and found the perfect bike for my needs (which was different to my initial thoughts looking at the website). Can't fault the service or value for money.
