  I've left my car with Carhood about half a dozen times. I love them. They're efficient and friendly. I've never had an issue. Sometimes my car has been rented and I've been reimbursed, sometimes it hasn't but you still get free parking in a secure lot. And when your car is rented it is washed and detailed while you're gone. Perfect!

  The rental price depends on the newness and value of the car. I have a 2012 civic and I think I got $12 or $15 a day when my car was rented. The % of rental cost the owner receives is the same across the board and you get a receipt that explains the #s. Regardless: free parking, you don't have to deal with cabs or public transport, and your car gets washed and detailed.

  A very good concept in car sharing. However service could be improved as we have waited for 1 hour at the airport before we were told that we have to arrange our own transports to their office to pick up our car as their driver went somewhere else. Other than that, everything is cool.

  I think that Carhood is a great alternative to traditional airport parking and car rental companies. The rental rates are competitive and the shuttle service is great, they have brand new Ford transits.

  The service worked well, we got an excellent car at a fraction of the price of a typical car rental company. They arranged an uber to the airport for us when we returned early, and the staff were easy to deal with. Only suggested improvement would be more attention to detail on the cleaning of the car - under the retractable seats was a lot of food scraps and mess, so it hadn't obviously been neglected when cleaned.
